I'm not part of the blog hop, but as the illustrator for the company, I thought I could share the work process of the new stamp.
When Sparkle briefed me to do a bathing Charlotte I immediately thought that she would look so classy in a classic claw foot bathtub! I always wanted one of those in my house!
And here goes my version of the coloured up Charlotte!

Keep up the great work. :) I love all your other illustrations too - I didn't realize you did so many children's books, that's awesome! I'm a writer and have a slew of children's book manuscript to publish "someday". :) You're inspiring me... I want to see my name as the author on a gorgeous book like those!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely comment Shaela! Yes, my main occupation is illustrating for Children's books! I have 24 coming out in 2011 (12 has already come out!). I love my job although my schedule can be rather hectic. I didn't know you were a writer! Such an honor to see my images being used, improved and given life by people as talented as you!
